The weekday set lunch: usually a soup or salad, a main course and a drink at a fixed price. Booking ahead means a table is ready and the kitchen knows you are coming, so the whole lunch fits into the hour. Venues can issue an invoice to your company on request.

A sequence of small courses chosen by the chef from what is in season, usually five to eight. Allow two to three hours. Pairing wines or soft drinks can be added. Tell the venue about allergies and dietary needs when you book so the kitchen can plan the menu for you.
