For a meal at the venue choose a table; for a set lunch, a tasting menu or a party choose that format. Write any wishes in the comment — the venue reads it before confirming.
The venue confirms your booking, usually within an hour during opening times. Until then the time is held for you.
Write allergies and dietary needs in the comment. The venue passes them to the kitchen and tells you if a dish cannot be adapted.
Some venues ask for a small deposit for a table or a larger one for events. It is always taken off the bill, and the amount is shown before you book.
Write to the venue or reply to the confirmation e-mail at least 3 hours before a table booking and 72 hours before an event. A deposit is returned when you cancel in time.

Yes, where the venue offers it: choose "Takeaway order" and pick the dishes from its menu, then a pickup time — or delivery and your address.
Yes — choose a banquet or event and give the number of guests. For more than 12 people the venue usually suggests a set menu.
